As Digital Marketing Manager, I led demand generation and digital infrastructure strategy across 160+ locations. My work focused on unifying data and performance insights across markets to support dynamic advertising, improve lead quality, and provide clear, actionable reporting to executive leadership. I also designed the digital infrastructure supporting the Marie Kondo collaboration, uncovering and correcting lead allocation inefficiencies that reduced churn and increased revenue from new customers. The result was a more efficient, scalable marketing system that aligned national brand strategy with local execution.
