I managed paid media performance across 200+ client accounts while simultaneously building internal digital capabilities that didn't exist — standardizing analytics and attribution, developing new service offerings, and designing the first compliant paid advertising infrastructure for cannabis dispensaries on Google at a time when every other major agency had failed to crack it.
