Lotis Blue Consulting is a management consulting firm that partners with organizations to improve performance through organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, and change acceleration. Grounded in data-driven and behavioral-science-informed methodologies, Lotis Blue helps leaders align strategy, structure, and talent to execute effectively in complex environments.

During a period of rebrand, organizational change, and expansion, I supported the growth of Lotis Blue Consulting by building the firm’s end-to-end digital marketing and demand generation foundation. This included leading web strategy and service-level messaging, implementing SEO and analytics to improve visibility across core consulting offerings, and architecting integrated data flows across HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce, and paid media platforms to enable advanced attribution and reporting. I designed and launched lifecycle marketing, ABM campaigns, and automated lead capture workflows that improved engagement quality, uncovered high-value accounts, and reduced lead curation time. Together, this work created a scalable marketing infrastructure that aligned directly with the firm’s organizational strategy services, contributed to a successful rebrand and acquisition, and drove a documented increase in conversion performance for newly launched solutions
