Loop Neighborhood is a California-based convenience store and neighborhood marketplace that reimagines the traditional c-store experience by offering more than gas and snacks. The company operates 50+ locations throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Southern California, combining everyday essential retail with a broader selection of fresh food, deli items, gourmet coffee, craft beverages, propane exchange, car wash services, and other community-oriented amenities.
I partnered with Loop Neighborhood to support a strategic digital rebrand and customer experience transformation across its primary brand and secondary concept, Poppy Market. The engagement focused on leading a comprehensive website update, refining brand architecture and messaging, and aligning digital experiences to support a growing multi-location retail footprint. In parallel, I designed the strategy and technical architecture for a customer loyalty program and mobile app, establishing the data foundation required to unify customer behavior across web, in-store, and mobile touchpoints. This work enabled more personalized engagement, strengthened retention and promotional capabilities, and positioned both brands with a scalable digital and loyalty infrastructure aligned to long-term growth objectives.
